Lately I’ve been sporting low-cut, bear and clean nails – something that I haven’t done in a long time. That made me all the more delighted to come across the new essie cashmere mattes collection featuring 4 nude shades and 2 steely blue shades, all with a semi-satin finish. I think this is a great transition collection for Winter into Spring with a versatile selection of colors.
Here are a couple of ideas:

Step 1: Apply 2 coats of Wrap Me Up. Let dry.
Step 2: Using a thin nail art brush dipped in Comfy in Cashmere, begin stamping leaf shapes with tiny angled strokes on the nail starting at the tip.
Step 3: Skip top coat for a cashmere matte finish as shown.

Step 1: Apply two coats of Spun in Luxe. Let dry.
Step 2: Use a liner brush dipped in clear polish create an “x” in the center of the nail.
Step 3: Create a triangle point at the top and bottom of the “x”. Now add a diamond over the center of the “x”.
